Solicitor Permits
Anyone who wants to hawk, sell, or peddle goods door-to-door or on county streets needs a license from the Clerk of the Court under Baltimore County Code § 21-11-101, with exceptions for farmers selling their own produce and school-age children fundraising. Violating the license requirement is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $100 per offense.
