Benton County bans removing vegetation from riparian areas and Systems-Critical Wetlands under BCC 88.320(1), but carves out a specific exception for non-native, invasive, and noxious species identified on the Oregon Department of Agriculture's Weed Policy and Classification System, including weeds rated A, B, or T. Removed invasive vegetation must be re-vegetated with species from the City of Corvallis Native Plant List.
