Filming on farmland in unincorporated Benton County splits on a 45-day line. On-site filming and its accessory activities that run 45 days or less in the Exclusive Farm Use Zone are a permitted use under BCC 55.105(12), and the County's sign-off on that use is not a land use decision. Cross the 45-day mark, or leave sets standing past 45 days, and the shoot needs a conditional use permit from the Planning Official under BCC 55.205(16).
