Parents face the same misdemeanor for allowing it.

Two Rivers Park and Horn Rapids Park in Benton County close from a posted hour each night until 6:00 a.m., and anyone in the park after closing who isn't registered in a designated overnight camping area is violating BCC 7.28.010(o).
