Race shops and race team complexes permitted by special use in Cabarrus County's Agricultural/Open district must keep noise at or below 60 decibels from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 55 decibels from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., measured at the lot line.
