Light Trespass & Shielding

Every unincorporated zoning district in Campbell County, from the A-1 Agriculture Zone to the R-1A Residential Zone, repeats the same performance standard against light trespass: § 154.076(F)(2) bars any lighting that would 'glare from this zone into any street, road, highway, deeded right-of-way, or into any residential zone.'
