Campbell County adopted the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code by § 155.01, giving the Planning and Zoning Department authority to order repair, condemnation or demolition of unsafe or blighted structures. Local amendments in § 155.02 set a 12-inch grass limit, an April 15 to October 15 enforcement season, and a Class B misdemeanor penalty of up to 90 days in jail or a $250 fine.
