Anyone who wants to install, maintain or relocate pipes, cables, wires or other equipment within a county road right-of-way in unincorporated Catoosa County needs a Road Use Permit under UDC § 6.04.02 before starting work. Mailbox placement and bona fide emergency repairs are exempt, but the permit otherwise must be secured from the Public Works Department first.
