Clay County caps how much beer or liquor a person can carry in a park under Code of Ordinances § 90.31: no individual container over 32 ounces without a special permit, and no alcohol at all on fenced swimming beaches or the parking areas next to them once signs go up banning it. A separate rule bans open containers in any vehicle on park roads.
