Food Truck Permits
Clay County requires a mobile food unit to hold a County Food and Beverage Permit before it can operate, per Sec. 203.02 of the health code. The Health Department charges a flat $25 administrative service charge for that permit, renews it every January 1, and can deny or revoke it if the unit fails a sanitation inspection.
