Rodent Control
Cumberland County's Minimum Housing Code requires every dwelling, premises and accessory structure in the unincorporated county to be kept free of rodent and vermin harborage, and requires foundations, exterior walls, doors and ceilings to be built and kept rodent-proof. The county inspection department enforces the standard, and a substantial infestation can trigger the code's 72-hour emergency correction order.
