Daviess County allows licensed medicinal cannabis businesses only in the unincorporated county, outside Owensboro and Whitesville city limits, and only where they meet the zoning standards set out in Section 8 of the Owensboro Metropolitan Zoning Ordinance. A County Clerk license and a zoning verification form are both required before operating.
