Operating a mobile food-service establishment in Dearborn County, Indiana requires a valid permit from the County Health Officer. The permit runs January 1 to December 31, renews annually, costs $25, is not transferable, and must be posted in a conspicuous place. Religious, educational and charitable organizations pay no fee.
