Forsyth County requires every dwelling's foundation, walls, roof, windows and doors to be kept rodent-proof and in good repair, and puts owners and renters on the hook for pest control that keeps a property free of rodents, insects and other pests. It is a Minimum Housing Standards duty, enforced by the housing administrator.
