Park Curfew

Gaston County parks are open 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. under Code of Ordinances § 12-10(a); entering or staying past those hours without a special written permit is unlawful. The Parks and Recreation Commission can change the schedule, and the director can close any section early whenever public safety requires it.
