Peddlers, solicitors and other itinerant merchants operating in unincorporated Iron County must pay a one-hundred-dollar annual license fee plus thirty-five dollars per extra employee, and the county separately makes it unlawful for any solicitor to enter private residential property without an invitation from the owner or occupant.
