On property owned or leased by Jessamine County, Kentucky, § 95.01 lets the Fiscal Court post a prohibition against camping and any other overnight usage or occupation. Peace officers enforce it once signs are posted, and a violation carries a fine of up to $250 and or 90 days in jail.
