Juvenile Curfew

In unincorporated Jessamine County, Kentucky, § 130.16 makes it unlawful for a minor under 18 to be or remain on any public street, highway, place, building or assembly during curfew: 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday nights, and 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Custodians who allow it face a fine of up to $500.
