LaPorte County caps fences separating properties at six feet, six inches from natural ground level under § 151.42(A), with the good or decorative side required to face outward. Fences may not encroach on a public easement or right-of-way, or block sightlines needed for entering or exiting traffic, under § 151.42(B).
