Anyone going door-to-door in Macon-Bibb County to sell goods, take orders, solicit donations, or hand out commercial flyers needs a Tax Commissioner permit good for up to 60 days, under Code § 7-483, and cannot solicit before 9 a.m. or after 8 p.m.
