In unincorporated Madison County, loading, unloading, opening, closing or otherwise handling boxes, crates, containers, building materials or garbage trucks between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Central Standard Time is a nuisance violation under County Code Section 53.05(E) whenever the resulting noise crosses a residential property line.
