Height Limits
Unincorporated McCracken County, Kentucky has no zoning table of fence heights by yard, but County Code § 110.13(G) makes it a public nuisance to keep a fence, hedge, or other structure on a lot that blocks the sight distance drivers or pedestrians need at a street, sidewalk, or corner. Section 110.13(H)(2) separately requires every fence and wall to stay structurally sound.
