A person shall vend only when the street vending vehicle is lawfully parked or stopped on road located within Nassau County. b.) A person shall vend only from the side of the street vending vehicle away from moving traffic and as near as possible to the curb, edge, or sidewalk of the road. c.) A person shall not vend to a pedestrian standing in the roadway of a road located within the county.
