In unincorporated Navajo County, Arizona (outside tribal land and the six incorporated towns), an Adult Oriented Business may locate only in the Commercial-Residential or Industrial (IND-1, IND-2) zoning district. Section 1002 sets a 1,500-foot buffer from schools, libraries, parks, day cares, churches, marijuana dispensaries, other AOBs and any residential use, measured wall to wall between structures.
