Stat. 609.72 (disorderly conduct) apply. For residential receivers (Noise Area Classification 1), the nighttime period runs 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with limits of L10 = 55 dB(A) and L50 = 50 dB(A); the daytime limits are L10 = 65 dB(A) and L50 = 60 dB(A). The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office (507-328-6800) handles general noise complaints in unincorporated areas. Cities like Rochester apply their own local noise rules.
