Park Drone Restrictions
Olmsted County bars drone flights within Graham Park, the county fairgrounds in Rochester, and in the airspace above it under Section 3968 of the Graham Park Rules. Flying an unmanned aerial vehicle there requires advance pre-approval from Facilities and Building Operations Staff unless it's for park operations, maintenance, or authorized law-enforcement use.
