Amplified Sound Operating, playing, or using any loudspeaker, loudspeaker system, sound amplifier, radio, television, phonograph, musical instrument, or similar device which generates excessive noise at the property line of inhabited residential land. This provision shall not apply to special events but shall apply to lounges, restaurants, or nightclubs.
