CC&R Enforcement
Paulding County's ER Estate Residential District, and several other residential zoning districts, require a mandatory Homeowners Association under UDO Section 210-20.10 whose declarations and bylaws must regulate specific exterior items and private infrastructure. Enforcement of those CC&Rs runs through the HOA itself, separate from the county's own code enforcement of the UDO.
