In unincorporated Pickens County, an unlicensed vehicle not moved or repaired for over 90 days counts as junked or abandoned. Keeping junk or an abandoned vehicle on your property is unlawful unless it is covered with a car cover, not a tarp, or stored inside a totally enclosed building.
