Anyone 17 or younger in unincorporated Pulaski County must be off streets, sidewalks, parks and public places by 10:00 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and midnight Friday-Saturday, both until 5:00 a.m. Seven listed exceptions apply, and parents, not just minors, can be cited and fined starting on a second offense.
