Encroachment Permits

Pulaski County requires a permit before any excavation, road cut, curb work or driveway connection (including the adjoining sidewalk) on a county right-of-way in the unincorporated area. Fees run $25 per road cut or bore and $40 to $100 per driveway connection, with an exemption for minor repairs and new-subdivision installations.
