Rock Island County requires a Sheriff-issued license before anyone presents sexually-oriented entertainment in the unincorporated county. General licenses cost $200 a year, outdoor location licenses $100 for 48 hours, and outdoor stages must sit at least 2,000 feet from any residence and 300 feet from any public highway.
