Rock Island County's Forest Preserve District closes its preserves overnight: § 92.01(B) opens the grounds at sunrise and shuts them at 10:00 p.m., and anyone who stays past closing without the District's written permission is violating the code, exposing them to the Chapter 92 fine schedule.
