San Bernardino County Code § 28.0301(a) opens every County Regional Park for public use between daybreak and dusk, or as posted, unless the Director restricts hours further or a Board-approved agreement says otherwise. Being in a park outside those hours, or violating any posted rule, exposes a visitor to permit revocation, same-day removal, and a possible park-wide ban.
