Minors under 18 can't be out in public countywide from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. on weeknights, and 12:01 a.m. to 5 a.m. on weekends.

It is unlawful for any minor to remain in any public place, or on the premises of any establishment within the county during curfew hours... "Curfew hours" means: (1) Eleven p.m. on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday until five a.m. of the following day; and (2) 12:01 a.m. until five a.m. on any Saturday or Sunday.
Park Curfew
San Luis Obispo County parks close under a countywide curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. under Code Sec. 11.04.030(g), except county golf facilities, which run 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., and campgrounds, which are exempt. Entering a posted or closed park without a director-issued permit is a separate offense.
