Sec. 15-37. Closed areas and closing hours. No person shall be allowed to enter or use a site or area or portion of a site or area which is closed to public use. ... Sec. 15-29(b) There shall be no overnight parking of any vehicle, camper, trailer or any towed conveyance in any area unless so posted.
