Scott County's Juvenile Curfew Ordinance No. 15 sets countywide nighttime curfews by age: under-12 by 9 PM, ages 12–14 by 10 PM, and ages 15–17 by 11 PM on school nights, all running until 5 AM.

It is unlawful for a juvenile under the age of twelve (12) to be present in any public place or establishment within Scott County: (1) any time between 9:00 p.m. on any Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and 5:00 a.m. of the following day.
