Temporary window signs in unincorporated Shasta County are exempt from a use permit if they are painted with water-soluble paint or made of paper, cloth, or similar expendable material. They cannot cover more than 25 percent of the street-facing window area and must come down within 30 days of any 60-day period.

18.Window Signs.
