In unincorporated Troup County, retail sale of consumer fireworks is a distinct zoning use, "Consumer Fireworks Retail Sales," permitted outright only in the Light Industrial and Heavy Industrial districts, and allowed with a Special Use Permit in the Urban Village district under the Section 6.1 use table; it isn't permitted in any agricultural, residential, or other commercial district.
