No person shall be allowed to ride bicycles or wear roller skates and rollerblades or use a skateboard on public building porches, ramps, railings, benches, furniture, etc., to perform tricks, jumps, etc. Any person violating the provisions in this section shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-7.
