Skateboarding Rules

Section 103.D of Yavapai County Ordinance 2002-2 bans operating skateboards, bicycles and motorized or non-motorized vehicles anywhere on the Courthouse Park, driveways included, without prior written authorization from the Facilities Director. Breaking any Section 103 rule, this one included, is a Class 2 misdemeanor under Section 111.B.

The operation of motorized and non motorized vehicles, bicycles and skateboards, on any portion of the Courthouse Park Including the Driveways without prior authorization by the Director is prohibited. ... B. Any person violating any provision of Section 103 of this Ordinance Is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
