Park Curfew

Under the Yellowstone County Parkland Ordinance, county parks close to public access one-half hour after sunset and open one-half hour before sunrise. No overnight camping is allowed. Violations are a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $500 fine, six months' jail, or both.
