New homes in Yolo County's A-N and A-X agricultural zones face specific numeric setbacks. Sec. 8-2.402(d)(3)(iii) sets a 20-foot minimum front yard, or 50 feet from the road centerline if greater, with 30 feet on arterials, plus a 25-foot rear yard and a 20-foot side yard, all of which grow to 100 feet if neighboring farms need room for spraying.
