Summary

Village of Little Chute Code § 30-128(b) makes it unlawful for a minor to loiter on public streets, sidewalks, rights-of-way, parks, public buildings or school grounds, on foot or in a parked vehicle, between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult with legal custody. Section 30-128(c) exempts minors running a parent-directed errand, on their own property, working, or returning within 60 minutes of a supervised school, church or civic event. Parents who knowingly allow repeat violations face their own penalty under subsection (f).
