Full Breakdown

Rowlett Code of Ordinances §§ 34-61: 34-65 bars minors under 17 from public places overnight, with defenses for being accompanied by a parent or approved adult, running errands, coming from work, school, religious or government activities, or exercising First Amendment rights. Parents who knowingly let a minor violate curfew are also liable. The city council readopted the article without modification by Ord.
