It shall be unlawful for any minor to remain or loiter upon any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or public places in the city between the hours of twelve o’clock (12:00) midnight and five o’clock (5:00) A.M. the following morning. (Ord. 2002-1-004, 1-3-2002)
5-5A-3: LIABILITY OF PARENTS AND BUSINESSES:
A. Parents: It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other person authorized by a parent or guardian to have the care and custody of any minor to knowingly allow or permit the minor to violate the provisions of this article.
B. Businesses: No person owning or operating a “business,” as defined by this code, shall knowingly permit any minor to remain on the premises of such business in violation of the provisions of this article. This article, however, shall not apply to any minor who is lawfully employed on the premises. (Ord. 2009-04-003, 4-2-2009)
5-5A-4: AIDING MINOR TO VIOLATE CURFEW: It is unlawful for any person to assist, aid, abet or encourage any minor to violate the provisions of this article. It is unlawful for any person to use any influence or otherwise to entice or persuade any minor from his or her parents, guardians or other persons having charge or custody of such minor without the consent of such parents, guardians or custodians.
