Baltimore County, MD Curfew Laws: Park Curfew (2026)

The Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks states that its sites are open from sunrise to sunset, and that Article 12 (Animals) and Article 30 (Recreation and Parks) of the Baltimore County Code are enforced at all Recreation and Parks locations. Additional posted rules require a written permit for alcoholic beverages, require park permits for groups, prohibit unauthorized motor vehicles and horses, prohibit open fires and weapons, and require dogs to be leashed. Individual parks may post different specific hours; for example, Lake Roland lists daily park hours from sunrise to sunset. Swimming and boating are prohibited unless a park's amenities specifically allow them.
