Under Garfield's General Regulations for parks, no person, after being given a warning, shall loiter in any park more than one-half hour after sunset. Enforcement is handled by Garfield Police and Parks personnel; warned individuals who refuse to leave are subject to municipal court summons and fines.
Remaining in a park more than 30 minutes past sunset after a warning, or starting a game or league activity after 9:30 p.m., are violations subject to fines under municipal court.
