Solano County does not set a flat closing hour in code; under Solano County Code Β§19-70, the Parks Division is authorized to close any county park or restrict the times it is open. Posted hours at Lake Solano, Belden's Landing, Sandy Beach, and other county parks govern. Camping outside designated overnight areas is prohibited under §§19-220 to 19-240. Juvenile curfew Β§16-10 (10 p.m.βsunrise) also applies.
Solano County Code Chapter 19 (Parks, Recreation and Other Public Property) does not fix a single closing time. Section 19-70 grants the Parks Division (Department of Resource Management) authority to close to public use any portion of a county park, or restrict the hours during which a park, lake, or stream is open, whenever it determines closure is prudent to safeguard health, safety, and welfare. Posted gate signs are the binding hours. County parks include Lake Solano County Park, Belden's Landing, Sandy Beach Regional Park, Lynch Canyon Open Space, and Rockville Hills Regional Park. Section 19-160 lists prohibited acts inside parks (fires, fireworks, amplified sound without permit, alcohol in alcohol-free areas, vandalism). Article III (§§19-200 to 19-270) governs camping: §19-220 makes camping outside designated areas unlawful. Section 19-50 makes most violations misdemeanors punishable by up to 6 months jail and/or $1,000 fine (motor-vehicle violations are infractions). The county juvenile curfew in §16-10 (10:00 p.m. to sunrise for persons under 18) also applies in public places, including parks, in the unincorporated county.
Entering or remaining in a county park after posted hours violates Β§19-70 and the general prohibited-acts framework. Under Β§19-50, most park-rules violations are misdemeanors carrying up to 6 months in county jail and/or a $1,000 fine. Park rangers and the Sheriff issue citations; the Parks Division may expel offenders under Β§19-100 and permanently bar repeat offenders.
