Section 240.060(A) bars anyone from being inside the boundaries of any City park, including 370 Lakeside Park and the grounds around the Rec-Plex, from sunset or 9:00 p.m., whichever is earlier, until sunrise, unless the City Administrator or a designee has issued written permission through a park use permit that the visitor must produce on request.
